Distribution Sales Manager – Energía Solar (Canal Indirecto) Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Distribution Sales Manager para sumarse a un importante proyecto vinculado a soluciones de energía solar , comercializadas a través de canales indirectos , en una compañía líder en tecnología a nivel global. La posición tendrá un rol clave en el desarrollo y gestión del ecosistema de distribuidores, instaladores e integradores , con fuerte foco en performance comercial, expansión de mercado y construcción de partnerships estratégicos. Cumplir los objetivos de ventas, revenue y sell-out a través del canal indirecto. Gestionar, desarrollar y potenciar el desempeño comercial de distribuidores e instaladores . Construir, optimizar y expandir el ecosistema de partners (distribuidores, e-commerce, integradores). Generar reportes de mercado e insights regionales , contemplando economía, segmentos, competencia y oportunidades de crecimiento. Liderar iniciativas de enablement para partners (ventas, técnico, marketing y políticas comerciales). Acompañar la expansión de la cobertura de mercado y el desarrollo de capacidades de entrega. Experiencia previa en ventas de canal y/o distribución . Background en energía, solar, tecnología, telecomunicaciones, empresas de comunicación o hardware . Fuerte orientación a resultados , con manejo de KPIs comerciales . Capacidad analítica y estratégica , con visión de negocio. Marcadas habilidades de relacionamiento, negociación y construcción de partnerships . Perfil autónomo, proactivo y con capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos. Ser parte de un proyecto en expansión dentro del mercado de energías renovables . Posición estratégica con alto impacto en el negocio. Interacción con partners clave y equipos multidisciplinarios.
