Overview We are a leading Product Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Team Augmentation studio crafting impressive digital products and solutions that widen global reach. We’re looking for a Visual Communication & UI Designer to raise the bar on how we present ourselves, both inside and outside the company. You’ll craft compelling sales decks, client presentations, internal communications, and branded documentation, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our design‑first DNA. This is a hybrid role: your core focus is on marketing and communication design, but you’ll also support UI design for client projects when needed. You must be obsessed with visual quality, comfortable operating independently, and eager to own the visual language we share with the world. What You’ll Do Design and polish pitch decks, sales materials, proposals, and internal presentations Collaborate with leadership to evolve visual storytelling decks and strategies Maintain and evolve branded templates and design systems for marketing and comms Collaborate with sales, leadership to visually tell our story Ensure a consistent, top‑tier visual identity across all assets Jump into client UI/web design tasks during light internal periods What You Bring 3+ years in visual design, marketing design, or UI design Strong portfolio showing presentation design, brand storytelling, and digital UI work Expert in Figma and presentation tools (Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) Strong sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity Highly autonomous, organized, and quality‑obsessed Nice To Have Animation/motion experience (e.g., After Effects) Experience working in tech, SaaS, or design‑driven environments Key Responsibilities Design and polish sales decks, proposals, pitch presentations, and one‑pagers Ensure all assets are on‑brand, visually compelling, and strategically structured Collaborate with leadership to evolve visual storytelling decks and strategies Support internal teams with polished presentation templates and visual documentationHelp define and maintain visual guidelines for internal comms and knowledge‑sharing assets Work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and product teams to shape content Occasionally support client‑facing design tasks, particularly web and UI/UX deliverables What Do We Offer Competitive USD salary 20 business days of vacation per year + 6 national holidays Family leave A dynamic remote work culture – work from anywhere An entrepreneurial environment About Us Since 2010, our founders have dreamed up a company that can positively impact the world.
