Tenemos una oportunidad para vos: Buscamos Semi Senior/Senior - Talent Acquisition Specialist para nuestro equipo de People. ¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades? Llevar adelante el proceso de selección End to End Desarrollar búsquedas para todos nuestros equipos (IT, Producto, Marketing, Comercial, Mesa de operaciones, Administración, Compliance, Back Office) Activar y realizar seguimiento de las búsquedas y coordinar todo el proceso en conjunto con hiring managers Mantener actualizado nuestro ATScliente interno Supervisar el proceso con consultoras externasManejar múltiples perfiles y búsquedas en simultáneo Colaborar con otras áreas de People como puede ser: employer branding, People Partner, Beneficios, etc. ¿Qué esperamos de vos? Experiência en procesos end to end de Recruiting IT Experiência mínima de 3 años en roles similares. Se valorará experiência en ALYCs. Formación académica orientada a Relaciones del Trabajo // Recursos Humanos // Psicología Se valorará experiência previa con ATS Nos orientamos a personas que posean perfil proactivo y de trabajo colaborativo ¿Qué vas a encontrar en Cocos?
