About the Role The Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) has been running since 1999 and now covers over 13,000 companies worldwide. As part of the Corporate Engagement team, you will promote CSA participation and help expand corporate engagement in ESG reporting. Responsibilities and Impact Promote CSA participation to current and target customers. Maintain and develop a network of ESG contacts at CSA‑invited companies to encourage participation. Support companies’ use of the CSA portal, ensuring awareness of free tools and additional services. Serve as liaison between companies and the CSA Research team to answer methodology and assessment questions. Organize and participate in internal and external workshops, webcasts, and management meetings with companies. Utilize CRM to monitor pipeline and engagement status. Basic Required Qualifications A completed university degree. At least 3 years of experience in ESG ratings or research, corporate sustainability, or sustainability investing. Industry or topic‑specific expertise in sustainability. Strong project‑management and organizational skills. Sound understanding of global sustainability reporting frameworks and trends. Strong analytical skills and acute attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and other IT tools. Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus. Additional Preferred Qualifications Strong interest in corporate sustainability. Customer‑focused and strong interpersonal skills. Constructive and energetic attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Reliable and willing to go the extra mile when required.
