Media Buyer for a Marketing Company (US-Based/Remote) Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. Base pay range $1,000.00/yr - $2,000.00/yr Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands full-funnel performance marketing, and is capable of driving high-quality leads through the client's sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Develop and optimize campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and customer acquisition Drive qualified leads through the full sales funnel , from awareness to conversion Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to improve results Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with landing pages, offers, and sales processes Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms Set up, manage, and optimize tracking (pixels, conversions, events) to ensure accurate reporting Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices Requirements 5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns Experience running ads designed to generate leads and move prospects through a sales pipeline Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Previous experience working with construction, home services, or trade‑related businesses Benefits Competitive salary in USD Monthly bonuses based on performance Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
