About The Role The Media Buyer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This role is responsible for scaling ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting. Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR) Adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time performance data Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking) Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes Requirements English (C1/C2) and Spanish 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Benefits We offer: Hourly rate starting at USD 1,288/month (final rate will be experience-based) Annual pay increments Discretionary client bonuses (80 % of clients award year‑end bonuses) 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days Monthly medical insurance stipend (after induction) Birthday / Anniversary bonuses + Gym / Wellness allowance Unlimited online fitness classes + company events & Christmas celebrations Our Core Values at Work ACTION – get things done CARE – help others and do things right OUTSTANDING – operate at the highest standards DEPENDABLE – own every commitment ENERGY – bring positivity every day Application Process Please fill out our application form, ensuring you answer all the questions.
