Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives? At Pacifica Continental, we are seeking an Intake Specialist . Join our team and be the guiding force for our clients as they navigate their legal journey. Role: 100% onsite (Vte. Lopez) Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm, including some Saturdays Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in Law Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong empathy and ability to understand client needs Ability to analyze situations and propose solutions Familiarity with CRM and support software Responsibilities: Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information Assess potential cases based on established criteria Maintain organized and accurate records of client data Communicate with clients for updates and additional information Perform basic legal research related to potential cases Refer cases outside the firm’s expertise to appropriate professionals Explain services and legal processes to clients, emphasizing that legal advice is provided by attorneys Collaborate with legal staff to evaluate cases and improve processes Do you have availability to work onsite in Vicente Lopez?* YES NO Would you be available to work from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, including some Saturdays?* YES NO Level of English* Native, Bilingual, Advanced, Intermediate, Basic Salary expectation* #J-18808-Ljbffr
