Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist – Onsite Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives? We are looking for an Intake Specialist to guide clients through their legal journey. Location & Work Hours: 100% onsite in Vicente López. Working hours: 10am to 7pm, occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities Client Intake: interact with potential clients and gather necessary information during the initial intake process, conduct interviews, and collect key details. Case Assessment: evaluate potential cases based on predetermined criteria and guidelines, analyze facts, and assess viability. Documentation & Record‑Keeping: accurately document client information and case details in the firm’s system and maintain organized records. Communication & Follow‑up: communicate with potential clients to gather additional information, clarify details, and provide updates on the status of case assessments. Legal Research: conduct basic legal research to gather information related to potential cases, identify relevant statutes and regulations. Referral Management: assess cases falling outside practice areas and provide appropriate referrals. Client Education: explain the firm’s services, legal processes, and potential outcomes; emphasize that legal advice is only provided by an attorney. Data Management: ensure accuracy and completeness of client data, adhere to data protection and confidentiality protocols. Collaboration: work with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff for case discussions and guidance. Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline intake and provide feedback to management. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Law. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field (advantageous). Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities. Team collaboration skills. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Dedication to exceptional customer service and positive experiences. Patience and resilience in high‑pressure situations. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
