Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives? Join Pacifica Continental as an Intake Specialist and guide clients through their legal journey. Role: 100% onsite in Vicente López. Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, assessing case viability and maintaining accurate records across the firm’s case‑management system. Responsibilities Client intake: interact with prospects, gather necessary information, conduct interviews, and ask relevant questions. Case assessment: evaluate potential cases against firm criteria, analyze facts, and determine viability. Documentation and record‑keeping: accurately log client data and case details in the firm’s intake software. Communication & follow‑up: keep prospects informed, clarify details, and provide status updates. Legal research: gather related statutes, regulations, and legal issues for each case. Referral management: refer out‑of‑scope cases to appropriate attorneys or external professionals. Client education: explain services, processes, and potential outcomes while clarifying that only an attorney can provide legal advice. Data management: uphold data protection and confidentiality standards. Collaboration: work with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to discuss cases and incorporate guidance. Process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline intake and recommend enhancements to management. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Prior experience in customer service, support, or a related field (advantageous). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills (verbal & written). Empathy, flexibility, and the ability to cooperate with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with customer‑service or CRM software. Commitment to exceptional client service, patience, resilience, and adaptability. Willingness to learn new technologies, products, and industry trends.
