The role focuses on crafting seamless and engaging user experiences across projects, with responsibility for designing fully responsive visuals from concept to completion and creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. We are looking for a creative professional with strong skills in developing impactful marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. For candidates outside the EST time zone, some overlap with EST working hours is required. Responsibilities Visual Design: Designing marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals. Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs maintain consistency with the brand's guidelines and messaging across platforms and channels. Campaign Design: Developing visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional materials to support marketing strategies and goals. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences; analyze industry trends and competitor designs to inform materials. Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive experiences; organize content for optimal engagement and navigation. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback, and improve designs accordingly. Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs; stay updated on accessibility standards. User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces; create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Organization & Documentation: Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline implementation; hand off design specs and design systems to engineering teams. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to create innovative products. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams; participate in client interactions and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs. Ownership: Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and align design efforts with business goals; exercise sound decision-making. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience (B2B preferred: agency, tech, or freelance). Graphic Design: Strong typography, color theory, and overall design principles. UI Skills: Proficient in scalable UI design for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Web Mastery: Deep understanding of UI/UX and ability to create visually compelling websites. Organization: Experience with systemic design for team-wide reuse (components, typography, colors, grids, margins). Accountability: Ownership mindset with problem-solving and commitment to project success. Communication: Strong ability to present research and concepts; effective in team and client communication. Portfolio: Demonstrates range of work in print and digital formats; experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus.
