**_ The specific responsibilities of the Interactive Designer are:_**

mockups, design comps/layouts, prototypes and other design artifacts in response to

client briefs and requirements
- Work closely with UX staff to execute research processes including user/stakeholder

interviews, user journey/flow mapping, persona studies, user stories/gherkins, usability

testing, empathy mapping, card sorting/tree testing, etc...
- Collaborate with product, engineering and production teams to execute designs with a cohesive vision and strict adherence to quality standards
- Prepare design deliverables for implementation, including sourcing and processing

assets, and providing clear and thorough implementation specs as needed
- Build digital style guides and design systems
- Work with design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Figma and InVision on a daily basis.
- Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workflow

**_ The specific qualities we look for in an Interactive Designer are:_**
- Bachelor's degree or greater or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a web design-oriented role, preferably at a digital creative

agency or digital product development shop. You’ve probably been an Art Director,

Interaction Designer or something similar during your career
- Fluent in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and similar digital design tools
- Ability to understand HTML/CSS when collaborating with developers
- Willingness to experiment and challenge the whole team to be more innovative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple client projects and deliverables
- Being fun to work with and having a sense of humor are appreciated
