Graphic Designer (Offshore)

Reports to: Creative Lead

Location: Remote

Hours: 9-5 PM EST

Years of Experience: 2-3

About the role:

We are looking for a detail oriented graphic designer who can produce marketing assets for print, web, events and social media. You will work closely with our Creative Lead to take direction, follow brand guidelines and deliver clean, on brand designs. This role is production heavy. You should enjoy taking a concept and turning it into all the versions we need across platforms.

Strong conversational and written English needed to collaborate with our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design social media graphics, ads, banners, headers and thumbnails.
  • Design print materials including one pagers, event signage, roll up banners, postcards and sales sheets.
  • Localize and resize existing designs for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Prepare and package design files for internal teams and for printers.
  • Support presentation design for internal and client facing decks.
  • Do light video editing for social media clips and event recaps.
  • Keep brand assets organized in shared folders and name files properly.
  • Follow brand guidelines and request clarification when something is unclear.
  • Communicate daily with Creative Lead on priorities and deadlines.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills. (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.)
  • Experience with Canva or Figma.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, spacing and hierarchy.
  • Able to follow an existing brand and replicate the look and feel.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Nice to Have
  • Basic motion graphics.
  • Basic web or landing page graphics.
  • Experience designing for financial services or B2B.

  • Fast turnaround on assets.
  • Designs match the brand without a lot of revisions.
  • Creative Lead has more time for higher level brand work.
