Overview Gates Corporation is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with international teams and internal clients to create design solutions. Generate design concepts individually and as part of a group, clearly articulating ideas internally and with clients. Use InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on a regular basis to update assets or create original content. Design a wide range of marketing communications (B2B, B2C, and internal). Design catalogs, brochures, flyers, ads, electrostatic, manuals, OOH, packaging, etc. Design advertising campaigns, internal campaigns and visual support required. Design graphic materials for exhibitions and activations. Design digital marketing assets. Demonstrate problem solving skills and innovation; ability to work through a challenge to completion. Deliver artwork that meets the client’s brief and quality expectations. Ensure visual resources comply with the brand parameters and guidelines. Image retouching and image manipulation. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree. Exceptional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficient in preparing print-ready artwork for production. Firm understanding of the creative process, design applications, and design tools. Outstanding designer with a clear grasp of layout, color theory, and typography. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Methodical and able to meet deadlines. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills. English proficiency – Advanced. Excellent communication skills (Spanish/English). Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience using AI tools.
