Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Specialist to ensure compliance with TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) process and tools, drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management, and support the development, deployment, and improvement of maintenance recommendations for processing equipment. This position could be based in Santiago de Chile or San Fernando, Argentina. Tetra Pak is not providing visa or relocation support for this position. Responsibilities Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to contribute to system performance and customer experience. Support the development, deployment, and improvement of maintenance recommendations for processing equipment. Drive continuous improvement of maintenance recommendations via advanced analysis. Conduct maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer‑adapted maintenance management to secure system performance. Provide support to Service Engineers in resolving maintenance‑related issues and ensure processes are consistently followed for rapid and permanent resolution. Review maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts. Participate in developing solutions/methodology to improve service quality and productivity of the Maintenance Execution team and market stakeholders. Deliver local training and coaching for competence development of new Maintenance Specialists. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Food Science. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role in processing. Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts. Very good level of English (required). Team player, sociable, collaborative with different departments and stakeholders. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, results‑driven attitude. Knowledge of processing equipment.
