About the role As a Power BI Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, high-performance BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. You will be a valued member of the AIA team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the region and support teams in Prague. In this role, you will: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Qlik Sense dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into effective and scalable BI solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through thorough analysis and validation. Apply best practices in data visualization to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards. Provide timely support to business users, resolving inquiries and technical issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions. Work model: Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a Cognizant or client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What you need to have to be considered Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence projects. Proven expertise in Qlik Sense (data modeling, scripting, set analysis, extensions). Strong proficiency in Power BI. Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and dashboard optimization. Experience across the BI solution lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery. Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with international teams. These will help you stand out Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration. Exposure to other BI platforms such as Tableau. Experience working under Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
