We are currently looking for an experienced **Power BI Developer** with more than 6 years of expertise in Power BI and related technologies.

As a Power BI Developer you will be involved in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development of data models using Power BI to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expertise in DAX to create complex calculations and measures.
- Utilize Mash Up Language in Power BI to transform and integrate data from various sources.
- Implement Azure Analysis Services to support scalable and high-performance data models.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor team members on Power BI best practices and techniques.
- Work closely with the Cards and Payments domain experts to ensure data solutions align with business goals.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Roll up one’s sleeves attitude and help the team to deliver quality products.
- Hands-on experience and coding are MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Certification in Power BI (good to have)
- Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the Power BI trends and best practices
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with various enterprise BI implementations.
- Full stack implementations on Power BI
- Deep understanding of Data Modeling concepts (It’s a must)
- Solid understanding of the delivery methodology and led teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
- Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
- Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
- Proficient in DAX (It’s a must)
- Proficient in Paginated Reports
- Advanced English
