Position: Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies & plans for our adult animation offerings. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in marketing, particularly in the entertainment & animation sector, who can effectively collaborate across teams and ensure the brand's integrity and consistency across regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans working coordinately with go-to-market teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative Services, Social Media, Consumer Products, Ad‑Sales, and Communications, maximizing our brand and message expansion. Safeguard the brand's integrity by overseeing its implementation across all regional initiatives, ensuring consistency with global standards. Act as the key contact point for global teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to align regional efforts with global strategies. Manage the marketing budget effectively, making informed investment decisions to maximize ROI. Analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and plans based on KPI reviews to drive optimal results. Oversee the strategy for regional owned and operated media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing within the entertainment industry, with a focus on adult animation preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Strong strategic thinking abilities and a creative approach to problem‑solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in budget management and performance analysis.
