Municipio de Rincón de los Sauces, Argentina Monks A tiempo completo

The Associate Executive Producer is a pivotal, client‑facing leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end success of video and animation projects. You will act as the single point of accountability for all assigned work, from initial client intake and strategic scoping through final delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, high‑level client management expertise, and the ability to lead, mentor, and directly manage production talent. You will independently own and lead mid‑sized projects while actively partnering with an Executive Producer to drive the success of our largest and most complex campaigns.

This is a crucial role for a producer ready to step into significant project ownership and team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Scoping: Lead the initial client intake process, defining project scopes, and creating accurate quotes and timing plans. Full Project Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle for mid‑sized initiatives, overseeing all stages from creative development and production to post‑production and final delivery. Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Executive Producer to manage resources, risk, and communication on high‑visibility, large‑scale client projects. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, high‑level strategic contact for client stakeholders, building trust and proactively managing expectations and relationships.

Team Direction & Management: Provide direct mentorship and management to assigned production staff (e.g., Junior/Mid‑Level Producers). You will give clear direction, define priorities, and actively foster a collaborative and high‑performance environment for your direct reports and project teams. Risk and Solution Management: Proactively identify and address potential planning, production, and resource issues, leading the team to implement effective solutions when challenges arise. Process Improvement: Lead post‑mortem evaluations of finished projects to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement in internal production workflows and processes.

Financial & Timeline Accountability: Own the project budget and timeline, ensuring precise adherence to deadlines and proactively flagging unattainable timelines with proposed alternatives.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in video and animation production (agency or in‑house studio experience preferred), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead producer capacity. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects across various formats (web, social, broadcast). Client Management: Demonstrated track record of leading high‑level client communication. Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the video and animation production pipeline, including familiarity with industry standard software and technologies.

A solid understanding of AI/ML tools and their application in content creation (e.g., generative media pipelines, automated asset creation) is a significant asset. Process Definition: Expertise in establishing and implementing detailed project documentation, reporting, and workflow processes. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical production details into clear, strategic business language.
