Sr Associate, Analytics Dentsu Job Details Location: Buenos Aires Brand: Iprospect Employment type: Full-time (Permanent) Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Responsibilities Implement standardized reporting dashboards across the Dentsu Media client portfolio. Support clients’ analytics setup tools and assist with data onboarding, integration, reporting, measurement, advanced analytics, insight development, forecasting, and partner identification. Analyze complex data sets to reach conclusions, lead the collection and reporting of new data, and transform data and reporting into actionable insights, recommendations, and results. Use data to solve business problems, such as optimizing profits and maximizing media ROI. Collaborate with the Offshore Team in Argentina and other Dentsu agencies in different countries, serving as part of a local support team that leads integration and relationships. Understand individual client needs and ensure they have the necessary information and materials to succeed. Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, focusing on responsibilities. Determine information needs and sources of data, and collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Access and compile large volumes of custom and syndicated data from disparate sources into concise and precise information. Develop new data sources and data management tools to ensure effective methods. Verify accuracy, develop databases, systems, and programs that facilitate deeper analyses. Structure large data sets to find usable information, ensuring data quality and documentation. Work on data issues with executives, analysts, and business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems. Establish KPIs to measure business decision effectiveness. Create presentations and reports with visuals (charts, graphs) based on recommendations and findings, and communicate findings to clients clearly. Meet commitments and complete tasks within agreed timeframes. Proactively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and company culture. Participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team. Participate in the Offshore Team's peer‑to‑peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices (unless not located in that city). Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in digital analytics within an advertising agency or management consultancy. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, etc.) or relevant coursework. Knowledge of reporting using data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques. Expert‑level proficiency in site tagging with GTM and deep expertise in Analytics. Understanding of how data pipelines and architectures are connected, taxonomy, and transformation scripts. Ability to create calculated metrics from media channels. Basic understanding of the Digital Media landscape. Some SQL or other statistical programming language experience preferred. Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques (preferably via Adverity). Experience with business applications; MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Love for solving complex problems using data and statistical models. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Solid problem‑solving skills.
