IT Foundation & Operations (ITOF) Portfolio Analyst Title: IT Foundation & Operations (ITOF) Portfolio Analyst Location: 100% remote (Must reside in Argentina) The IT Foundation & Operations (ITOF) Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio governance and performance management across IT Operations & Foundation teams and initiatives. This role ensures alignment of portfolio activities with strategic objectives, facilitates prioritization of deliverables, and drives transparency through standardized reporting and analytics. The analyst acts as a liaison between ITOF product lines, Digital Platforms, and EPMO to enable efficient execution and value delivery. Key Responsibilities Supports IT Operations & Foundation (ITOF) Portfolio Manager in managing portfolio performance and governance. Supports the Portfolio Manager in maintaining portfolio quality and enforcing portfolio management policies. Supports prioritization of initiatives based on strategic alignment and resource capacity. Coordinates regular portfolio sync meetings and assists in preparing for Strategic Portfolio Reviews. Serves primarily in an advisory and analytical capacity, influencing decisions through data and recommendations. Analytics and Reporting Ensures initiatives align with Enterprise Performance by verifying that in-scope epics have EP IDs in ADO and correspond with value delivery standards. Tracks interdependencies across projects and escalates risks proactively. Provides analytical, reporting, and coordination support to enable informed decision-making and efficient execution of portfolio priorities. Aids in document preparation and provides training on new portfolio standards within ITOF. Monitors and analyzes EPMP ADO reports on overall performance; provides timely support to Epic / Feature owners to address gaps. Maintains transparency of portfolio health and escalates risks. Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborates with Epic Owners to ensure initiatives and epics meet ADO Standards, are well-defined, strategically aligned, have EP ID (if applicable) and are progressing according to timelines. Collaborates with product line leaders, Department Portfolio Managers, and EPMO governance teams to ensure portfolio transparency. Supports communications and change management activities related to portfolio updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management or project governance. Proficiency in portfolio management tools (ADO, TargetProcess, Power BI). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global, cross-functional environment.
