We are looking for an IT Engineer based in Argentina to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Non-profit Organization based in New York. Our client is committed to creating an empathetic world where nobody feels alone, providing free, 24/7, confidential, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention in English and Spanish. The person in this role will be responsible for managing identity and access systems, supporting endpoint platforms, and driving automation to improve efficiency, security, and the overall employee experience. Will work cross-functionally with different teams across our client’s org to maintain a strong and scalable technology foundation. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Okta Identity and Access Management platform, including advanced configurations, lifecycle policies, and identity governance practices such as RBAC, ABAC, access reviews, and device trust. Build, develop, and maintain IAM workflows and integrations using Okta Workflows, APIs, or custom code to automate manual tasks. Assist in the management and maintenance of macOS endpoint infrastructure and support device management tooling, and support secondary Windows endpoint needs. Deploy and handle systems using GitOps practices with tools such as GitHub, Terraform, and YAML. Collaborate with Security to ensure endpoints, integrations, and SaaS applications align with company policies and compliance standards. Provide friendly and efficient technical support, troubleshooting, and hardware repair or replacement, and ongoing endpoint support for staff. Support endpoint security tools, zero touch deployments, and overall endpoint management as a core part of the role. Perform secure and documented onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Build and maintain documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials. Support a rotating on-call schedule to assist 24/7 operations. Requirements Advanced Level of English. 8+ years of relevant IT support experience. 3+ years of experience managing Okta Identity Engine and Okta Workflows. Proven experience with GitOps or configuration as code using GitHub or Terraform. In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and zero trust or device trust models. Knowledge of macOS endpoint management such as Jamf Pro or similar tools. Strong customer focus and ability to provide clear and effective support. Strong experience with endpoint, and device management workflows, including support, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience documenting work in ticketing systems such as Service Desk. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, command line, and scripting or programming languages including Python, Powershell, Bash, Zsh or Swift. Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams across our client's org. Bonus Points Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields. Experience with certificate and password management including third party tools for automation. Experience with endpoint security tools, DNS administration, SSL certificate management, or cloud database access and credential workflows. Experience administering tools such as AWS, Atlassian, GitHub, Datadog, Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta and Auth0, Slack, Intune and Salesforce. What we offer Long term positions. Compensation in USD.
