What we look for in a Design Lead Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams. The ability to translate strategic briefings into solid, well-grounded visual solutions. Skill in providing constructive feedback, mentoring designers' growth, and building a collaborative design culture. Active participation in creative processes alongside product, strategy, and technology teams. Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required). We especially value Experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams. Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborative platforms.
