About the Role As an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager you will be responsible for managing several campaigns for key and new clients. From start to finish you are the key point of contact for the client for influencer campaigns, as well as the key point of contact for Monks team members during execution. The position we’ve opened is designed for independent professionals, who can join our network and contribute to different projects depending on workload and client needs, rather than a fixed full‑time role. You will lead various campaigns through execution, consisting of several specialists such as Growth/New Business, Strategists, Creatives, Producers, Account, Paid Social, etc. These teams are international and may require flexible scheduling. Throughout the campaign execution you will manage collaborations for a key brand and account which requires ongoing influencer strategy and long‑term partnership management. Strong project and timeline management skills are crucial. You will gain in‑depth knowledge of our network of influencers, content creators, talent, artists, etc., and on a daily basis you will oversee the casting, outreach, negotiating, contracting, briefing, content reviews, campaign launches, and reporting stages of our influencer campaigns. You will be taking the lead from A‑Z; strong leadership and clear communication skills are key for success. In addition, strong account management skills are essential. You are the point of contact for our clients from campaign kick‑off to final delivery. Safeguarding timing plans and budgets is your responsibility, while keeping our clients happy delivering high‑performance campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for accounts on a project basis Build strong relationships with clients during campaign execution Maintain day‑to‑day contact with our clients Run campaigns with the oversight of senior team members Be responsible for the budget management on your running campaigns Be responsible for on‑time delivery of your campaigns Lead and monitor finance tracking from start to finish, requesting/submitting invoices, managing junior team responsibilities to ensure all payments are made on time Responsible for the execution, management and quality control of your campaigns Casting and vetting of influencer selects presented to clients Develop and adjust influencer strategies on an ongoing basis for optimal performance Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns Reach‑out to influencers including celebrities, creators, artists, etc. and lead all negotiations with them (written and calls) Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department) Develop content plans and review creative content Ensure optimal communication within the campaign teams at all stages of the campaign Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout execution Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on‑set productions Contribute to and monitor the completion of final reports Add cumulative learnings, recommendations and key insights based on the performance of the project Work cross‑functionally with Data, Paid Media & Strategy team to review and finalize reporting Experience You Already Have 3‑5 years work experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency Strong experience creating and managing influencer marketing campaigns across all social platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and advertising Strong competencies in campaign and account management Experience with influencer marketing tools (Captive8, Traackr, HypeAuditor, Taggr, Signals, TribeDynamics, etc.) A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team Excellent problem‑solving skills, high levels of accuracy, and attention to detail A structured way of working with excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality content Negotiation skills Experience in budget management and tracking Fluent in English and/or additional languages is a plus This particular search aims to build a talent pool for future opportunities.
