We’re looking for an Influencer List Builder to help us curate best‑in‑class creator lists tailored to each campaign’s strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for talent, a deep understanding of social trends, and a strategic mindset around content categories and cultural moments. Your Skillset Curate Strategic Influencer Lists: Build and maintain high‑quality, segmented lists of influencers tailored to specific campaign needs, brand objectives, and content verticals. Trend & Talent Discovery: Stay consistently ahead of social trends, platform shifts, viral content, and emerging creators to ensure our influencer pool remains current and impactful. Vertical Expertise: Develop deep knowledge in key content categories, understanding which influencers drive the most engagement and conversions in each space. Database: Use our internal influencer database efficiently to identify the best talent for every brief. Influencer Outreach (Off‑Platform): Conduct proactive outreach to influencers not yet on the platform via email, DMs, or agency contacts—expanding our network with high‑potential creators. Cultural Relevance: Track and anticipate cultural moments (music releases, sports or fashion events, pop culture trends, viral challenges, etc.) and offer influencer suggestions aligned with what’s currently resonating with audiences. Negotiate and quote influencer rates to secure the most competitive pricing for each campaign. Post job openings and screen applicants to find the best fit for the brand. You’re The Type Who Lives and breathes creator culture — from A‑listers to emerging micro‑talent. Has a strong intuition for talent and what makes a creator a great brand fit. Can balance data, gut, and cultural awareness to curate high‑converting lists. Is detail‑oriented, organized, and great at managing multiple briefs at once. Brings a positive, proactive attitude and thrives in high‑speed, collaborative teams. Is bilingual (English & Spanish) and deeply familiar with U.S. and LatAm markets.
