If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love experimenting with new marketing tools (YOU MUST LOVE AI), and want to make a real impact for leading clients, you’ll fit right in What You’ll Do Content Planning & Publishing Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or Facebook, ensuring consistent messaging Draft, schedule, and publish engaging posts highlighting industry trends, company updates, and thought leadership. Produce bite‑sized content (posts, stories, reels, videos) Develop, schedule, and execute email campaigns and newsletters using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot, Go High Level, Klaviyo). Segment subscriber lists, craft compelling subject lines, and write clear, engaging email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions) and propose improvements to optimize engagement. Maintain and grow subscriber databases, ensuring clean lists and adherence to best practices (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM). Track social and email marketing analytics to evaluate engagement, campaign performance, and ROI. Use data‑driven insights to recommend strategic improvements for content, social ads, and email workflows. Community Building & Engagement Build authentic relationships through comments, DMs, group interactions, and email responses—always reflecting our human‑first approach. Collaborate with the team to promote program launches, webinars, and in‑person events through both social and email channels. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com) to enhance content creation and marketing outreach. Draft landing pages and marketing collateral; manage light backend tasks (no coding required). Support graphic design and light video editing initiatives using tools like Canva, Opus and Capcut. Build and nurture professional connections on social platforms to expand our network of industry contacts. Stay on Trend Keep up with the latest social media trends, email marketing best practices, and AI developments to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. 2+ years of hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing Proven track record of growing social engagement, managing content calendars, and running email campaigns Strong writing skills, video editing capabilities, and solid graphic design skills Excellent English communication (C1‑C2), organization, and attention to detail Comfort using (or quickly learning) tools like Brevo, HubSpot, Go High Level, Canva, Webflow, and/or Zapier What We Offer Benefits: Paid vacations and Argentina holidays Growth Opportunities: Room to grow and advance your career Contract Type: CONTRATO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS (The employee is responsible for their own social security and pension payments)
