Covering previously unmonitored attack surfaces in developer and user friendly ways. The team of cside are a diverse mix of highly capable subject matter experts. We’re kind but we mean business. Since January 2024, c/side has raised $ 7.7 million in pre‑seed funding from Uncork Capital, Mantis Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Roar VC, Dan Scheinman, Jason Warner, Kathy Korevec and many more. In Q1 we found nearly 300,000 websites with client‑side attacks. We find high‑profile attacks regularly. About the role We are hiring a numbers‑driven person to drive top of funnel. SEO, SERP, LLM optimization, Ads performance, keywords… Making sure the top of funnel grows day by day. Like at any startup, we like people to be flexible to an extent. You would be the DRI for the top of funnel tracking. What you will do Draft, implement and improve top of funnel strategies. Get leads flowing Build, optimize and scale multi‑channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Reddit, newsletters and emerging platforms. SEO, SERP, LLM discoverability, Ads… Own reporting: develop dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate metrics into actionable insights Own the tech stack for GTM automation, creating systems that reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes Design, run and analyze iterative growth experiments across the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, retention and expansion Automate lead scoring, account prioritization and personalized outreach to maximize conversion rates Instrument and maintain our analytics stack (GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to provide a single source of truth on performance Partner with GTM & Product to launch self‑serve onboarding flows and product‑led virality loops Build automated lifecycle campaigns (email, in‑app, webhook) that convert free customers to paying, retained customers Craft technical, value‑first narratives that resonate with security engineers & compliance leads Report weekly insights and learnings Evaluate and unlock new channels to achieve step‑change growth About you 3+ years driving growth for B2B SaaS (security or developer tooling preferred) with a clear track record of pipeline and revenue impact. Ideally a mix of working at larger companies and smaller companies. You have experience achieving a lot with little. If you managed millions in ad‑spend, that will not impress us here. Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Email delivery, etc. Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools to maintain a competitive edge Analytical to the core and comfortable building dashboards and explaining the "why" behind the numbers Autonomous: You'll own your domain and define how we grow Experimentation mindset: you default to hypothesis → test → iterate and openly share wins and failures Hands‑on with the modern growth stack Able to translate complex security concepts into crisp, compelling value propositions for technical buyers Thrive in zero‑to‑one environments; biased toward action, embrace ambiguity, and ship fast without cutting corners Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you write tight copy and influence cross‑functional stakeholders Genuine passion for web security and belief in c/side's mission to protect developers and users Fully remote capable with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone; excited to travel for 2‑3 company off‑sites per year and, if interested, in‑person conferences At c/side We’re constantly learning and developing better, we grow together We do not ship half projects, we do not sell snake oil, we don’t cut corners – out of respect for our team, our customers and our community.
