Spanish-Speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist Location: anywhere in GreeceWork Model: remoteSchedule: MondaySunday, rotating shifts between 07:00-22:00Language: Spanish (C2) + English (B2)Training: 1 week (paid)Visa Support: Not providedRelocation: Provided for candidates relocating from within the EUEmployment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a safe digital environment by reviewing user-reported content, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.You will support users with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing insights that improve the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities Assist users by handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses Stay informed about platform products, community standards, and policy updates Make balanced, well-reasoned decisions based on established guidelines Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform (account support, policy concerns, abusive content review) Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of potential policy abuse Analyze data and identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks in workflows Provide high-quality written and verbal support Escalate sensitive cases to the appropriate teams Use market-specific insights to improve user support processes Maintain cultural awareness of the region you support, ensuring consistent and fair policy application Minimum Requirements Language Requirements: Native-level Spanish (C2) Good English communication skills (B2 or approved equivalent test result) Analytical Skills: Ability to follow reasoning and analytical testing standards (minimum score based on internal assessment) Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, customer service, or similar process-driven environments (preferred) High cultural awareness regarding the supported market/region Department Workstreams: Business Integrity (moderately sensitive content) Content Moderation (including reviewing images, ads, videos, and comments) Intellectual Property Review User Support (chat/email) Policy Enforcement & Operations Product Operations (gathering training data, reviewing videos, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Gross monthly salary: 1,045 Performance bonus: Up to 160 per month Agency contract: Yes Brand use: No Relocation Package (for eligible candidates) 2-week hotel accommodation Flight ticket (within the EU) Airport pickup Real estate agency fee covered Work-from-home conditions: If relocating: WFH location is Athens If local: WFH can be anywhere within Greece Accepted Documents EU citizenship Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit card Certificate of Protection (refugees) Ideal Candidate Traits Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail Empathy and emotional resilience Ability to make sound decisions while following policy guidelines Comfort working with potentially sensitive content Motivation to contribute to a safer online community #J-18808-Ljbffr
