The Role Join Kyndryl as a Data Analyst where you will unlock the power of data to drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our business. As a key member of our team, you will harness your expertise in basic statistics, business fundamentals, and communication to uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into rigorous visualizations and compelling stories. In this role you will work closely with customers, dive deep into vast IT datasets, uncover trends and patterns, and produce data‑driven insights that directly impact decision‑making. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business problems into innovative solutions and preparing data for analysis, BI, and visualizations. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to gather, clean, and structure data, and communicate insights to stakeholders, aligning analytics efforts with business goals. Who You Are You are customer‑focused, growth‑mindset, open, and inclusive. You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and you can communicate complex data insights to technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Skills and Experience More than 5 years of experience in the role Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills. Experience in Looker (fundamental and project). Knowledge and experience of data analysis tools and programming languages: Looker, Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL. Client interaction and defending proposals at the executive level. Storytelling around data and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Skills and Experience Degree in a quantitative discipline such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics. Advanced English proficiency. Cloud platform certification: AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
