About the Company Our client is a growing company focused on delivering high‑quality digital experiences and measurable results. They work with clients across different industries, helping them increase visibility, attract qualified leads, and optimize online performance. About the Role We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join the marketing team full‑time. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly skilled in both on‑page and off‑page optimization. This person will play a key role in improving organic rankings, optimizing website content, and driving qualified traffic through data‑backed SEO strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth. Perform regular SEO audits to improve site health, indexing, and performance. Optimize on‑page elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and structured data. Develop and implement link‑building strategies to increase domain authority. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all published materials follow SEO best practices. Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for leadership or clients. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in‑house). Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Understanding of HTML/CSS and technical SEO fundamentals. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong written communication and attention to detail. English fluency (Spanish is a plus). Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms. Familiarity with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
