Please do not contact the recruiter directly. We are looking for a data‑savvy Specialist to support the global Leadership Planning team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to work with large data sets, complex models and will be comfortable managing complex systems. This role is pivotal in driving data‑driven decisions and optimizing workforce allocation. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of complex planning models for leadership headcount. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into structured requirements. Integrate and transform large datasets from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets) for analysis and reporting. Develop interactive PowerBI dashboards to visualize workforce and rewards data, enabling clear, data‑driven decision‑making. Support ongoing transformation of the planning function, bringing together key metrics and enabling end‑to‑end planning across the business landscape. Preferred Attributes Experience in headcount planning, rewards planning, or related HR analytics functions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven expertise in advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and complex spreadsheet modeling. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to identify trends, interpret results, and recommend actionable solutions. Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and build scalable models for planning. Experience with PowerBI, including data modeling, dashboard/report design, and integration of multiple data sources. Experience in corporate planning, FP&A, HR analytics, or rewards modeling preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer science or related field.
