Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enfocado productos SaaS ¿Te motiva conectar con negocios, generar oportunidades y abrir nuevas puertas? Estamos buscando un/a SDR con foco en productos financieros SaaS. Responsabilidades principales Prospectar activamente nuevas oportunidades B2B usando LinkedIn, email, llamadas y redes sociales. Calificar leads según nuestro perfil de cliente ideal (ICP). Usar herramientas como Hubspot, bases de datos enriquecidas y plataformas de cold email para escalar la generación outbound. Coordinar reuniones comerciales con potenciales clientes y hacer seguimiento. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para afinar mensajes y campañas. Mantener actualizado el CRM con métricas clave: leads generados, reuniones agendadas, tasas de conversión, etc. Lo que valoramos Conocimiento de embudos de conversión, customer journeys automatizados y email marketing . Experiencia en ventas outbound en frío o roles similares. Manejo de herramientas de prospección, enriquecimiento de datos y automatización.
