Job Description The Presentations Specialist role involves creation and formatting of documents such as pitch‑books, proposals, financial statements and other types of presentations following JPMorgan standards, primarily using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). There is also a design element to our service. A basic understanding of the principals of graphic design and a working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator are an advantage. Essential to the role is the ability to think creatively, solve problems and partner for clarity. This role and its responsibilities will evolve with the needs of the business. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Availability to work the following shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 3:00 pm – 12:00 am. Work from home: 2 times a week (Saturday included, transportation back home covered). Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or a related field. Experience in customer service, consulting and negotiation. Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Bilingual with advanced English skills. Analytical skills & critical thinking. Microsoft Office package. Job Responsibilities Process, coordinate and execute daily workflow and team deliverables; produce deliverables based on agreed departmental procedures. Lead and deliver discrete portions of projects or processes. Create complex customized templates and cover pages for marketing pitches and roadshow presentations following corporate branding guidelines. Promote high level of client satisfaction by managing expectations and delegating work as appropriate for functional area. Follow and enforce confidentiality and security of information guidelines within the team. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, services, and client satisfaction. Assist in training of staff. Partner with management to address day‑to‑day operational issues. Benefits Generous vacation, exam and parental leave.
