Partner Success Specialist Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry's digital marketplace provides manufacturers with the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. Responsibilities Ensure all incoming Partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner Ensure onboarding pre-work is properly completed through a combination of self-directed work and administrative support Utilize Salesforce to respond to Partner inquiries, Google Sheets for funnel tracking Monitor select social media channels to identify prospective partners and conduct research to do outreach and follow-up Comfortable cold-calling prospects Additional responsibilities as required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or service management position preferred, with a history of producing results through strong relationships Ability to communicate in fluent U.S. English in a business setting Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills Positive can-do attitude Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfortable cold-calling prospects Technically proficient with an ability to utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft/Google Suite and Salesforce Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while solving problems quickly and creatively Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Effectively work cross-functionally and with a wide range of people with different skill sets Bachelor's degree preferred Work experience in a fast-paced environment Commitment to organization and detail At Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
