Position Overview Flxpoint is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our public documentation and creating content to promote customer engagement and success on the Flxpoint platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers have access to comprehensive resources and materials that empower them to effectively utilize our software and achieve their business objectives, while reducing the need to contact Support Teams. Responsibilities Manage and maintain public documentation, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Create engaging and informative content to promote customer enablement, including video tutorials, webinars, and user-facing technical documentation. Collaborate with product managers and technical support teams to identify customer needs and challenges, and update or improve existing documentation accordingly. Collaborate with product managers to ensure new features and integrations are publicly documented with their releases. Monitor and analyze customer engagement with documentation and content to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant prior experience. Excellent command of written English, with ability to translate technical concepts to user-friendly language. Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content. Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence and Zendesk. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
