DSM Job Title: SHE Specialist City: Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, Argentina Work Model: On site Clevel: J Your key responsibilities Provide HS&E support to internal clients, including training, reports, tools, investigations, relevant KPIs, observations, internal audits during plant walkthroughs, and assistance with performance presentations for management systems. Support the HS&E team in carrying out the procurement process. Analyze reports to track the status of all local incidents, risk behaviors, hazardous events, and injuries/illnesses. Ensure legal compliance with Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental management standards, keeping documentation updated for audits and inspections. Assist the HS&E team in implementing best practices, deploying QHSE tools and procedures, and adopting a hands‑on approach for the development and implementation of local solutions. Actively contribute to maintaining and ensuring compliance with the FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems. You Bring Earned a technical degree in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and currently an advanced student in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management. Proficient in English at an intermediate level (written, spoken, and listening). Over six months of hands‑on experience in a SHE role. Familiar with key standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001. Demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and problem‑solving.
