As a SHE Specialist you will be responsible for participate and provide support to the area managers of different processes to maintain a safe work environment, complying with Occupational Hygiene, Workplace Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide HS&E support to internal clients, including training, reports, tools, investigations, relevant KPIs, observations, internal audits during plant walkthroughs, and assistance with performance presentations for management systems.
- Support the HS&E team in carrying out the procurement process.
- Analyze reports to track the status of all local incidents, risk behaviors, hazardous events, and injuries/illnesses.
- Ensure legal compliance with Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental management standards, keeping documentation updated for audits and inspections.
- Assist the HS&E team in implementing best practices, deploying QHSE tools and procedures, and adopting a hands-on approach for the development and implementation of local solutions.
- Actively contribute to maintaining and ensuring compliance with the FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

**You Bring**
- Earned a technical degree in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and currently an advanced student in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management.
- Proficient in English at an intermediate level (written, spoken, and listening).
- Over six months of hands-on experience in a SHE role.
- Familiar with key standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team player.
