Senior AI Product UX/UI Designer

Senior AI Product UX/UI Designer SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for a Senior AI Product UX/UI Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of billing, payments, and software solutions for professional services firms. You'll take ownership of end-to-end design for a B2B LegalTech platform spanning web and mobile. You'll play a vital role in evolving the product from Figma-based design to AI-assisted UI generation powered by a token-first design system, ushering in a new era of intelligent, scalable design. If you're a passionate product designer who enjoys solving complex, real-world design challenges (e.g., permissions, data models, integrations) and you're excited about crafting AI-driven workflows that are safe, auditable, and fast to value, this is the role for you. What you'll submit 2–3 case studies (complex platform work preferred: AI, system design, onboarding, or agentic AI flows). Evidence of impact (metrics, before/after, experiment results where relevant). Optional but strong signal: a short decision memo, research snapshot, or an agentic workflow diagram. Requirements 7–10+ years of experience in product design and experience working with B2B SaaS with complex workflows and data-heavy UI. Experience leading large UX efforts (platform consolidation, major IA redesign, or redesign at scale). Demonstrated success improving onboarding/activation with measurable outcomes. Strong knowledge of the design system (components, tokens, governance) and close partnership with engineering. Solid understanding of designing for integrations and enterprise needs (permissions, roles, identity/auth flows, error states). Expertise in research craft and translating findings into shipped improvements. Familiarity with ShadCN / design-to-code workflows / atomic design. AI-driven UI requirements Be willing to move beyond static mockups and use AI tools to accelerate UI exploration, variants, and production work. Understanding of design system-first (tokens/components/patterns) so UI can be generated consistently and implemented quickly. The ability to collaborate tightly with engineering so outputs are build-ready, not just visually polished. Nice to have Experience with legaltech/fintech (billing, invoicing, compliance-heavy UX). Understanding of reading API docs; basic SQL for self-serve analysis. NN/g coursework or equivalent specializations. Responsibilities Simplify navigation, information architecture, and core workflows across multiple product areas. Accelerate Time to First Value (TTFV) using guided setup, templates, empty states, and user engagement features. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the onboarding funnel. Create plan → act → confirm loops with human-in-the-loop permissions, auditability, and flexibility. Design robust mobile workflows that work even in offline/low-connectivity scenarios, handle sync conflicts, and ensure error recovery. Evolve a scalable, token-first design system for web/iOS/Android platforms. Drive consistency and ensure governance for contributions. Conduct practical usability testing (heuristics, task-based, first-click, etc.), card sorting, journey mapping, and analytics-based decision-making to back your designs. Clearly communicate through concise one-pagers, decision memos, and stakeholder updates. Lead design reviews focusing on trade-offs and outcomes.
