About the Role Mindrift is looking for passionate freelance contributors to join the Tendem project ( to help build the future of hybrid agents — where human expertise and AI capabilities work hand in hand. As an AI Agent Assistant, you’ll collaborate with large language models (LLMs) that handle repetitive tasks, while you bring the nuance, judgment, and creativity required to deliver high‑quality results. In this role, you won’t just review what AI produces — you’ll work alongside it, shaping and completing outputs so they are accurate, reliable, and ready for real‑world application. Your day‑to‑day may range from fact‑checking a scientific claim to curating a dataset, conducting market research, or refining sales leads. This flexible, part‑time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in research, editing, analysis, or related fields who are excited by the possibilities of human‑AI collaboration. Requirements You are currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in any field. You have professional and/or educational experience in data annotation, demonstrate a deeper-than-user-level interest in AI, and possess intellectual breadth and curiosity . You are skilled in web searching, fact‑checking, intent‑checking, able to work with LLMs and have great attention to detail. Your level of English is upper‑intermediate (B2) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
