We are looking for a full‑time contract Executive Assistant who will work 100 % remote in a fast‑paced environment. The work day will align with US Eastern time, requiring availability during standard working hours. Responsibilities Daily routine, calendar management & scheduling Work directly with the Managing Partner to support all aspects of her daily routine. Maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, engagements etc.; exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs, and bring questions to the Interim Chief of Staff. Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences. Update the client relationship management system (Affinity) with notes and follow‑ups from fund pitching. Keep the Managing Partner advised of time‑sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow‑up. Perform a wide variety of support duties as required. Schedule team meetings; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials. Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential information. Coordinate printing and courier services for documents. Thoughtfully booking travel and building itineraries Book travel (domestic & international) including transfers, transportation to/from airports/hotels/meetings. Arrange proper spaces and times for calls/virtual meetings during travel. Build thoughtful itineraries that meet team members' needs. Rebook arrangements if priorities change. Create travel checklists for the Managing Partner as needed. Miscellaneous Place orders for lunch, coffee, and other food and beverage needs for delivery to the office or home. Proactively order office supplies. Order gifts such as flowers, cards, etc., for relationship management. Support with multiple calendars, balancing personal, work, and family schedules. Job Requirements Deep care for and commitment to the Managing Partner’s wellbeing and efficiency. Detail‑oriented planner with minimal errors. Self‑motivated to identify and solve problems amid ambiguity, limited information, or oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading; preference for MBA but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Professional demeanor in interactions with Bright team, investors, clients, collaborators, etc. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
