Nuestro equipo está siempre en transformación, y hoy necesitamos sumar a un/a AI Engineer para poder seguir creciendo. Responsibilities Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener agentic workflows a escala. Implementar distintas arquitecturas y tipos de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Desarrollar MCP internos y externos para todo el ecosistema financiero. Optimizar latencia, throughput y calidad de respuesta en soluciones de IA en producción. Trabajar con producto, ingeniería y data science para llevar ideas a producción. Iterar y monitorear la performance de las soluciones. Participar activamente de la comunidad interna de GenAI y del COE. Testear nuevas tecnologías. Qualifications +3 años de experiencia previa como ML Engineer, Data Scientist o Software Engineer. Python avanzado y manejo de frameworks (ej: HuggingFace, LangChain, Haystack). Conocimiento sólido de LLMs y arquitecturas Transformer. Experiencia construyendo agentes o workflows asincrónicos (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph). Sólida experiencia usando AI Assistant Coding (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot). Implementación de RAG, vector stores (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), MCPs. Manejo de MLOps (Docker, GitHub Actions, MLflow, AWS/Bedrock). Será Deseable Que Cuentes Con Experiencia deployando sistemas a gran escala. Conocimiento del sistema financiero argentino.
