You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:\- \\_Team Augmentation:\\_ You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.\- \\_Design & Build:\\_ You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\### What We're Looking For:\- 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of AI.\- Design, develop, and test machine learning algorithms and models.\- Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends.\- Implement and optimize models in production environments.\- Develop and maintain documentation on machine learning models and processes.\- Identify and address issues that may arise during development and deployment.\- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.\- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.\- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.\- Knowledge of statistical modeling and inference techniques.\- Advanced English is required.\- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.\- Forensic attention to detail.\- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.\- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.\### What We Offer:\- Competitive pay in your local currency\- 100% remote work\- The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies\- English Classes\- Virtual company events each month\- Ample opportunity for career advancement\- Continuing education opportunities\- Depending on your location other benefits may applyFullStack is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
