Program Manager, Delivery Navigator, Google Cloud Google Minimum qualifications : 4 years of experience in program management or project management. Experience managing cloud partners within the cloud ecosystem. Experience working with leadership and stakeholders across organizational units and geographies. Preferred qualifications : 8 years of experience in technical consulting and/or project/program management in corporate IT, professional IT services, or product development. Experience working as a Partner Development Manager, Partner Engineer, Partner Program Manager, Cloud Program Manager, or Cloud Consultant. Experience with industry best practices for delivery methodology and processes. Ability to quickly learn, understand, and adapt to emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and a diverse array of stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible to provide support and facilitate developing methodologies and the tool set to support development and deployment of cloud based solutions. You will support the development and deployment of methodologies and processes and roll out the process definition across the various verticals. Responsibilities : Work cross-functionally with cloud consulting, global delivery services, product platform and methodology, partner services, and regional partner leads to drive adoption of delivery navigator for Google Cloud services partners. Engage with partner services and alliance leads to ensure awareness of delivery navigator for global and regional service integrator partners. Work directly with partners to collect feedback for product improvement and influence overall product strategy on behalf of partners. Share product roadmaps and feature improvements with partners for awareness and feedback. Enhance partner programs for customization based on unique vertical and horizontal needs of global and regional partners.
