Program Manager, Global Service Delivery, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
- Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
- Experience in developing innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology tests collaborating with business to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
- Leverage innovation to solve problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring success through a clear Key Performance Indicator.
- Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
- Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
