**Minimum qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience with Agile Process.
- Experience with project management.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 7 years of experience in Agile or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or any process definition/implementation.
- Experience with methodology definition.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance, software process definition, or metrics definition and industry best practices in terms of methodology and process, current trends.
- Understanding of process automation and tooling.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and adapt to emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

**About the job**:
In this role, your responsibility is to provide support and facilitate developing methodologies and the toolset to support development and deployment of cloud based solutions. You will support the development and deployment of methodologies and processes and roll out the process definition across the various verticals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Subject Matter Experts across different geographies in designing, defining, and implementing internal business processes and tools.
- Provide input in decision making and be the trusted advisor to the stakeholders.
- Bring diverse and thought-provoking perspective to internal transformations, including current trends, new and innovative ideas from your experience.
- Work with team to develop detailed project plans, anticipate risks, and plan mitigations ahead of time.
- Deploy your core skills (particularly project management) to support the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
