About The Role We are architecting the next era of global finance. By integrating the scarcity of Bitcoin, the utility of stablecoins, and the structural efficiency of tokenization, we are evolving from static account-ledgers to a borderless, programmable, and inclusive economy. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will lead a large, cross‑functional core team within the Crypto Business Unit. This high‑leverage role makes you a strategic anchor for your immediate team and the Product function across the organization, bridging complex technology with world‑class consumer experiences. Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Roadmap : Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for our crypto initiatives, defining a high‑impact roadmap that scales our offerings globally. “Hiding the Crypto” : Design invisible blockchain experiences by abstracting decentralized finance to speed and transparency without requiring users to manage private keys or understand fees. Strategic Mentorship : Raise the bar for the Crypto Business Unit by mentoring Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating Web3 complexity. Cross‑Functional Leadership : Partner across business units to align roadmaps, identify synergies, and ensure the Crypto Business Unit contributes to Nu’s broader strategic goals. Business Excellence : Analyze unit economics, benchmark the competitive landscape, and define KPIs that ensure our products deliver both user value and business impact. Operational Rituals : Manage OKRs and long‑term planning in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring the team maintains high delivery standards. Qualifications High‑Scale Consumer Expertise : Years of experience building and scaling financial products trusted by millions of users. Technical Domain Fluency : Deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized infrastructure; ability to speak engineers’ language and leverage technical building blocks for customer solutions.
