This individual should possess deep technical knowledge, a passion for creating user-centered products, and the drive to take ownership of a product from ideation through to delivery. Basic Qualifications +6 years of experience in product management Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to organize projects, identify critical paths, analyze resourcing requirements, and execute independently Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products Experience working with international teams Excellent teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in E-commerce (nice to have) Key Responsibilities Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product solutions Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product Coordinate and manage technical project development of large-scale Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product features and troubleshoot any technical challenges Monitor product performance using appropriate KPIs and ensure continuous improvement About RYZ Labs RYZ Labs is a startup studio founded in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
