Job ID:41341 Location:Buenos Aires : Maipu 1210 Position Category:Administration/Business Support Position Type:Employee Fixed Term Finance Administrator LATAM (6 months, fixed term) Lloyd’s Register Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina What we are looking for You will support our finance operations across LATAM, focusing on invoice queries, client communication, and basic analysis work. You will help keep processes moving, support local and regional teams, and make sure issues are handled quickly and clearly. The role Take calls and emails from clients and internal teams about invoice questions or missing documents. Log queries, track next steps, and follow up until resolved. Route requests to the right team (AR, TMF, local operations). Act as the main contact for key clients and help manage recurring issues. Keep simple trackers and weekly reports updated. What you bring Experience in administrative support or coordination roles. Good English and Spanish communication skills is a must - writing and over the phone. Portuguese communication skills is nice to have Ability to manage several requests at once and stay organised. Comfortable working across multiple teams and maintaining clear notes. Good Excel skills for basic reporting. Experience working with client queries or service teams.
