Es un rol 100% ejecutor , con impacto directo en revenue y LTV. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de email y WhatsApp marketing. Crear y optimizar flows automáticos (welcome, post-compra, winback, etc.). Redactar copy orientado a conversión. Analizar métricas de performance y cohorts. Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de CX para mejorar recompra y satisfacción. Ejecutar testing continuo de mensajes, segmentaciones y timings. Requisitos Experiencia ejecutando email marketing end-to-end. Conocimiento de plataformas como Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailchimp o similares. Capacidad analítica y orientación a métricas. Perfil autónomo, ordenado y orientado a resultados. Experiencia previa en ecommerce o productos de recompra (deseable). Se valorará Experiencia en productos D2C. Capacidad para mostrar ejemplos de flows y campañas ejecutadas. Uso de IA para copy y optimización de procesos. Acerca de la posición Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes, de 9 a 17 h. Modalidad: Híbrido (3 días oficina / 2 remoto) Almuerzo incluido los días presenciales en oficina. Bono mensual en productos. Día de cumpleaños libre.
