Role Overview We’re looking for an Appointment Setter who comes with a foundation in sales and is ready to own the top of the funnel prospecting, lead generation, and cold‑calling to turn first contact into real opportunity. This role will be your launch pad into a full sales career, embedded in a mission‑driven, high‑growth environment. Responsibilities Launch and manage outbound outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify new prospects. (HeyReah & RingCentral) Engage with both warm and cold leads to qualify interest and book discovery calls with decision‑makers. Join discovery calls with potential clients. Maintain CRM data : ensure accurate logging of leads, calls, emails, outcomes, statuses, and next steps. Support sales operations : prepare slides, manage inboxes, document follow‑up communications, and help keep the funnel moving smoothly. Requirements Minimum ~1 year of hands‑on experience in sales support, lead generation, cold‑calling or appointment‑setting (preferably in a staffing / recruiting environment) Comfortable making outbound calls, initiating contacts, handling rejection, and persevering to reach goals. Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) and outreach platforms (Apollo, HeyReach, Sales Navigator, etc). Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, you’ll be talking to North American clients and prospects. English fluency at a minimum C1 level required. Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savvy and eager to learn tools, methods, campaigns, and metrics.
