Buscamos un Project Manager Senior (PM) para liderar proyectos complejos relacionados con la transformación de sanatorios, remodelación de edificios y optimización logística, asegurando la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua en la atención de salud. El rol requiere alta autonomía, capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas y un diálogo fluido con equipos interdisciplinarios (ingeniería, arquitectura, operaciones, logística, proveedores). Responsabilidades Clave: Gestión Integral de Proyectos de Infraestructura: Planificar, coordinar y supervisar obras de remodelación y ampliación de sanatorios y edificios corporativos. Garantizar cumplimiento de cronograma, presupuesto y estándares de calidad y seguridad. Optimización Logística y Eficiencia Operativa: Diseñar e implementar proyectos para mejorar la distribución de recursos, insumos y equipamiento médico. Analizar procesos logísticos y proponer soluciones innovas para reducir costos y tiempos. Gestión Interdisciplinaria: Coordinar con áreas internas (mantenimiento, operaciones, compras, IT) y proveedores externos. Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos técnicos, administrativos y clínicos. Autonomía y Toma de Decisiones: Actuar como referente del proyecto, anticipando riesgos y proponiendo soluciones efectivas. Presentar avances y resultados al Director de Operaciones y Comité Ejecutivo. Control y Seguimiento: Definir KPIs y reportar el estado de los proyectos. Implementar metodologías de gestión (PMI, Lean Construction, Agile para proyectos híbridos). Requisitos del Puesto: Formación Académica: Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o carreras afines. Deseable posgrado en Gestión de Proyectos (PMI, Lean, MBA). Experiencia: Mínimo 7 años liderando proyectos complejos de obras, infraestructura y logística. Experiencia en entornos de salud o servicios masivos será altamente valorada. Competencias Técnicas: Conocimiento en normativas de construcción y habilitación sanitaria. Manejo de herramientas de gestión (MS Project, Primavera, ERP). Competencias Blandas: Liderazgo y autonomía. Comunicación efectiva y negociación. Capacidad para trabajar con equipos interdisciplinarios y bajo presión.
